The S.M.A., Ajmer Alumni Association organised and sponsored the prizes for an English Short Story Writing Competition held on 27th April 2024. As many as 115 students participated in five categories from Classes VI to XII.
After a two tier judgement the winners were announced in the five categories. The winners for ‘The Alumni Award for Excellence in Creative Writing’ this year were:

II Prize : Aashita Tripathi (VI D)
Category 2: I Prize : Kanishka Ramchandani (VII A)
II Prize : Bhavya Soni (VII A)
Category 3: I Prize : Piyusha Vaishnav (VIII C)
II Prize : Devanshi Pareek (VIII D)
Category 4: I Prize : Saloni Punjabi (IX D)
II Prize : Yatee Sharma (X D)
Consolation Prize: Khanak Bhatia (X B)
Category 5: I Prize : Anju Agarwal (XII Commerce)
II Prize: Pranshi Jain (XII Science)
Consolation Prize: Priyanshi Lawani (XI Science)
The Principal, Sr. Anusha gave away the prizes to the winners which comprised of a certificate by the Alumni Association and books. Sr. Anusha also addressed the gathering and encouraged the students to keep reading so that they could enhance their writing skills.
