Inter- House Quiz Competition 2019
The preliminary (written) round of the Quiz Competition 2019 was held on 31st August in two categories: Classes VI to VIII and IX to XII. The top four teams in each category qualified for the final (oral) round held on 27th and 28th September, respectively.
The teams answered questions based on Science, Social Science, Entertainment, Literature, Computer Science, Sports, Current affairs etc. The rounds were such as – Beat the Brain, Do You Hear What I Hear, Choose Your Favourite Subject, Rapid Fire, etc.
It was a nail biting experience and a very close finish for the Winners on both days. The excited audience participated enthusiastically, answering questions eagerly when passed to them.
The Quiz was put together by the Quiz master Ms. Elvira Fernandez. She was assisted by the in charges of the Nehru House, Mr. S. Yadav (Mathematics Department) and Ms. Ankita (Computer Department).
